VibeCraft Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VibeCraft, a service provided by ENZED STUDIO ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, logging in via Google/Discord, or using VibeCraft in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use VibeCraft.

You create an account via email and password or Google or Discord OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide and maintain accurate information (email address, display name, etc.).

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features (e.g. private worlds, resource packs) require a paid subscription. All fees are billed through Stripe according to the plan you choose.

You may cancel or change your subscription at any time via our user dashboard; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

3. User Content & Conduct

Content you generate (prompts, worlds, objects, chat) remains yours, but by using VibeCraft you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, defamatory, or promotes violence or discrimination.

Harassment, hate speech, spam, or unauthorized advertising are prohibited. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination.

4. Intellectual Property

VibeCraft, its code, logos, trademarks, designs, documentation, and all associated materials are the exclusive property of ENZED STUDIO. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of VibeCraft's software or assets.

5. Privacy & Data

Your use of VibeCraft is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data. By using the service, you consent to those practices.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

VibeCraft is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will meet your requirements or operate uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENZED STUDIO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of VibeCraft, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via your settings. Upon deletion, your personal data and user-generated content will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access if you breach these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll post the updated version on our website and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France (or your jurisdiction). Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France (or your local venue).
